  • Agile Adoption Assessment and Planning
With the growth of agile adoption, the question of why to adopt agile practices is quickly being replaced with how to adopt agile practices. The tone of those interested in Agile shifted from asking about examples where agility works, or does not, to asking for guidance and assistance on how to implement agility in their particular cases. When it comes to adopting agile practices, many organizations are confused and don’t know which agile practices to adopt. Knowing this, at Tangible Software, we use the Agile Adoption Framework to help organizations adopt agile practices in an effective and efficient manner. Using this framework, Tangible’s consultants will help you start your agile adoption initiative while laying out an overall plan for your agile adoption journey. After completing all the stages in the Agile Adoption Framework, Tangible’s consultants will identify the set of agile practices that are the best fit for your project to adopt and supply you with the relevant books and literature on how to employ these practices. If needed, Tangible Software also offers coaching services to help your organization adopt these agile practices. Our consultants will be there for you and your organization throughout the agile adoption journey ensuring that you are doing the right steps as effectively and efficiently as possible – every step of the way.

    Agile Coaching
Agile Coaching will accelerate your team’s adoption of Agile practices and ensure that they are adopting them correctly. With Tangible’s agile coaching service, your team will learn how to manage their project in an agile manner and how to use agile development practices to deliver the project with exceptional quality and on time. Tangible’s coaches use a combination of, mentoring techniques, tutorials and hands-on workshops to ensure that your team successfully launches their first iteration and sustains the use of agile development practices. This service is ideal for teams new to Agile development, and can also be adapted for teams who have already started with Agile development and want to enhance their performance or adopt new practices.
